Hello dear readers, today we’ll talk about how to clean chimney and flue pipe.
Many of you probably have fireplaces at home, no? And you don’t want to buy one? Don’t read this article than!))
Ok let’s get back to the theme. So probably many of fireplace holders already made its cleaning, not yet? Well, you have to. Why? Because if you wont do that in time you can lose your property. How can that happen? The fact is that smoke accumulates on the sides of the chimney and flue pipe creating the creosote can easily ignite and burn your house. To exclude this, the proper chimney and flue pipe cleaning is necessary.
The best way to clean them is to give this job to professional cleaners. Well, it may cost you pretty penny, but it worth than you just lose your house, isn’t it?

But there is also cheaper way to clean your chimney and flue pipe. Which one? Of course to do that by yourself))) So what do you need for that. You’ll need chimney brush (you can buy it in special stores where they sell fireplaces), flashlight, respirator or defense mask (to prevent ingress of dust into your lungs).
First of all check out the sides of chimney and pipe to see if creosote is there. Then scrub all that stuff with brush, be careful and don’t mess up with cinder. It will be easy to clean if there is a straight pipe, but sometimes they can be curved, so this will complicate the cleaning process, for that you’ll need special brushes with curved shape or simply don’t do that by yourself and call professionals.
